Olivia Wirth

Olivia Wirth is a respected Australian business leader with deep experience across aviation, retail and customer engagement. She joined the Myer Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director in November 2023 and was appointed Executive Chair in June 2024.

Before this, Olivia spent more than a decade on the Qantas Group Management Committee, serving as Chief Customer Officer, Group Executive for Brand, Marketing and Corporate Affairs, and Group Executive for Government Relations and Corporate Affairs, before becoming CEO of Qantas Loyalty, a position she held for six years.

Earlier in her career, Olivia held senior executive roles with the Tourism & Transport Forum and the Australian Tourist Commission, helping to promote Australia on the world stage. She is a member of Chief Executive Women and served on the Board of UNICEF Australia until August 2024.

Known for her leadership in customer-centred transformation, Olivia continues to champion purpose-driven business and brand trust in Australia’s corporate landscape.
