Steven Sargent is an accomplished international executive and board director with extensive experience across energy, healthcare and financial services. Over 22 years at General Electric, he held senior leadership roles across the USA, Europe and Asia Pacific, leading global businesses and building teams that delivered innovation at scale.

Since 2015, Steven has served as a Non-Executive Director on several boards, including Veda Group, OFX Ltd and Origin Energy Limited. He is currently Chairman of Nanosonics Limited, a global medical device company, and a Non-Executive Director of Ramsay Health Care Limited and Ramsay Générale de Santé, listed on the Euronext in Paris.

He also serves as a Non-Executive Director of Lumitron Technology Ltd, a laser-based imaging company in California, and is Chairman of the Origin Energy Foundation Limited, the philanthropic arm of Origin Energy.
