Steven’s executive career spans 22 years at General Electric, where he gained extensive multi-industry, international experience leading businesses in industries including healthcare, energy and financial services across the USA, Europe and Asia Pacific. 

Since 2015, he has served as a non-executive director on several boards, including Veda Group, OFX Ltd and Origin Energy Limited. Currently, he is Chairman of medical device company, Nanosonics Limited, and a Non-Executive Director of Ramsay Healthcare Limited.
Beyond listed companies, Steven holds board positions in the private sector. He is a Non-Executive Director of Lumitron Technology Ltd Chairman, a laser based imaging company located in Irvine California and Chairman of The Origin Energy Foundation Limited, Origin’s philanthropic arm.
